Terms of service

These Terms of Service form the rental agreement between you and Dynamic DFW Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”), a community-based car rental company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas metroplex. By reserving a vehicle, submitting an application, or taking possession of keys, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to weekly and monthly rentals of our vehicles used for gig-work platforms such as DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, and Instacart, as well as personal use.

To rent from us you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and be actively and consistently earning on a gig platform such as DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, or Instacart.

Every applicant is subject to a background check before approval. We do not run credit checks — approval is based on your steady gig income, not your credit score. We may decline any application at our discretion.

Our current weekly rates are: Small & efficient vehicles at $350 per week, midsize & reliable vehicles at $375 per week, and SUV & spacious vehicles at $400 per week. Monthly terms are available on request. Rates are confirmed at the time of your reservation and may be updated for future rentals.

We offer flexible weekly payment methods including Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Samsung Wallet, and Apple Pay. Payments are due on or before the due date we agree on when you pick up the vehicle. Continued possession of the vehicle is subject to your payments staying current.

We do not require a security deposit. There is no large upfront wall to get started — you begin at your agreed weekly rate.

Cancellations made before pickup accrue no charges. If you cancel your reservation any time before the scheduled pickup, you owe nothing — no cancellation fees and no penalties.

If you return a vehicle early, the time you kept the vehicle is calculated at a daily rate (your weekly rate divided by 7). Any prepaid rental payment above that daily-rate total is refunded — no cancellation fees and no penalties.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, or in cash where the payment was made in cash, within a reasonable processing time.

You are responsible for maintaining insurance while the vehicle is in your possession. This can be a personal auto policy, a non-owner insurance policy, or the coverage provided through the gig platform you drive for — whatever applies while you are working. We maintain the legally required coverage that allows the vehicle to be operated on Texas roads under Texas vehicle law.

You agree to provide proof of valid insurance on request. Driving without the coverage you are responsible for is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of the rental.

Every rental includes unlimited miles — there is no mileage cap. Vehicles are rented for use in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas; tell us in advance if you plan to travel outside the area.

You agree to take reasonable care of the vehicle: keep it clean, keep up with fuel, watch for warning lights, and let us know promptly about any damage, warning, or mechanical issue. Only you and drivers approved by us may operate the vehicle.

If a payment becomes overdue, contact us right away — we are drivers ourselves and will work with you whenever we can. However, if payments remain unpaid, we reserve the right to repossess the vehicle, with or without prior notice, from any location where it is lawfully parked. You are responsible for any late fees and reasonable recovery costs, and you remain responsible for payments owed through the date the vehicle is returned.

Repossession does not release you from amounts already owed for the time you had the vehicle.

You agree not to use the vehicle: for any illegal purpose; to carry people or goods for hire outside the gig platforms you are approved for; while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving; for racing, towing, or off-road use; to transport hazardous materials; or to allow any unapproved driver to operate it.

Smoking inside the vehicle and leaving excessive mess are also not allowed; cleaning fees may apply.

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental beyond normal wear and tear, for lost keys, and for parking tickets, tolls, camera violations, and similar citations received while the vehicle is in your possession.

Report any accident, theft, or damage to us immediately, and file any required police report.

Either of us can end the rental at any time. If we end it, we will ask you to return the vehicle within a reasonable window (usually 24 hours). If you end it, simply return the keys and settle any balance — unused prepaid time is refunded in full under Section 5.

If the vehicle is not returned when requested or payment is seriously overdue, we may treat the vehicle as not returned and pursue repossession under Section 8 and any legal remedies available.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Dynamic DFW Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the vehicle — including lost gig earnings, missed deliveries, or other income losses — resulting from breakdowns, accidents, or early termination of the rental.

Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the rental fees you paid for the vehicle involved in that claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. For active rentals, the terms you agreed to when you picked up the vehicle continue to apply until that rental ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the applicable county in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Texas.
